Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

During busy periods, product launches or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Express Delivery (where available): 1–2 business days

Delivery Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Lost or Missing Parcels

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of:

  • The packaging
  • The damaged item
  • Any visible shipping damage

Additional delivery times, customs charges, duties and taxes may apply depending on the destination country.
